Purchase protection
Purchase protection is a program to protect the purchase from loss due to theft and (or) accidental damage within 365 days of purchase.
How does it work?
• The program automatically applies to purchases fully paid for with a Visa Infinite card.
• The program takes effect from the moment the card is issued and does not require the signing of any documents.
• The program is valid throughout the validity of the card worldwide, including the country of residence.
• The program is valid only if you pay 100% for the purchase with a Visa Infinite card.
• In case of an insured event the following will be compensated:
- the purchase price indicated in the card account statement from which the purchase was made, or
- the actual cost of repairing the purchase or
- replacement of the purchase with an item of the same type, type and quality.
How to use the "Insurance" program?
• Call the support service of Visa premium cardholders: + 1-303-967-1096 the call is transferred to Assistance via the IVR menu.
