The number of services available per year

1. The cardholder of the premium card must contact the Visa Concierge service at least 12 hours before departure and provide the following information:
   • name and surname of the passenger;
   • date, time and flight number;
   • passenger's contact number;
   • when ordering, the user should note that, as a Visa Platinum / Platinum Business / Signature / Infinite card holder, he is a member of the Fastline from Visa campaign.
2. After applying, the airport staff will notify the passenger to which airport entrance he/she needs to go.
3. An airport employee holding a sign will meet the passenger at the designated entrance.
4. The passenger and airport employee will come up to the Salam Service counter to validate the card.
5. If the card is valid, the passenger will be offered the concierge service.
6. An airport employee will accompany the passenger to a check-in counter and provide the prioritized check-in service. If necessary, an airport employee will help fill in a customs declaration. Once internal procedures are completed, the passenger will be accompanied to a general waiting area. After the boarding process begins, an airport employee escorts the passenger to the designated gate.

4. If the card is valid, an agent takes the passenger through prioritized document and border control procedures at separate counters.
