How to use the Fast Track service from Visa:
- You need to register or be registered in the VisaConcierge chatbot.
- Select Visa Travel in the main menu of the chatbot, and then select Fast Track International.
- Select the country and airport.
- Select one of the proposed flight types: Departure, International Departure or International Arrival.
- Select the country you are flying to and the terminal you are departing from.
- Enter the flight number and date in the special field.
- Provide the necessary data to receive a PDF file with a QR code for completing Fast Track.
- Download the voucher.

- The Fast Track turnstile is located at the exit to gates F and G on the 1st level.

- After scanning the voucher and boarding pass, the Fast Track turnstile will automatically open for you to go through security control without queuing.
- An airport employee will ask you to show and scan your boarding pass. Please, note that your boarding pass must be valid in order to use the Fast Line Pass.

Fast Track is available for international departures at Berlin International Airport (BER), Dusseldorf International Airport (DUS) and Frankfurt International Airport (FRA).

- Enter the Terminal through the main entrance.
- Make sure you arrive early enough to allow time to check in for your flight and drop off your baggage before heading to the BER Runway. If you have already checked in online and only have hand luggage, see step 3.
- Proceed to the BER Runway gate (as shown on the terminal map – at Security Control 4, on the right hand side of Security Checkpoint 4), Level E1.
- IMPORTANT: You can only access the BER Runway gate during the 20-minute window shown on your voucher!
- Scan your boarding pass at the counter. The name and flight number on your voucher must match the details on your boarding pass.
- If your boarding pass is not recognized due to technical reasons, scan the QR code from the voucher you received.
- Once your boarding pass/voucher has been scanned, you will be allowed to skip the security check.
